Invoice Section Description Features Actions Available
Waiting for Reconciliation Displays invoices that need to be reviewed and approved.
  • View all pending invoices awaiting review
  • Check invoice details including:
    • Campaign Name
    • Invoice Date
    • Invoice Amount
    • Previously Billed
    • Budget
    • Booked Delivery
    • Delivered
  • Review Invoice: Click on any invoice to view its full details.
  • Approve: Move the invoice to Approved Invoices after reviewing.
  • Archive: Store invoices that are no longer needed.
  • Regenerate: Refresh the invoice details.
Approved Invoices Contains all invoices that have been reviewed and approved.
  • View all approved invoices
  • Check invoice details
  • Unapprove: Return an approved invoice to pending status if further review or adjustment is needed.
Archived Invoices Stores older or completed invoices for record-keeping.
  • View all archived invoices
  • Check invoice details
  • Unarchive: Restore an archived invoice for further review or processing.
  • Regenerate: Refresh the invoice details if adjustments are needed.
