Can you add a new user to our Rubii account?
- Navigate to Settings or click here.
- Select User.
- Go to the Users tab.
- Fill in information like First Name, Last Name, and Email address.
- Select the appropriate user role for the new user.
- Click Save.
Can you remove me from this email notification?
- Go to Settings.
- Select My Profile.
- Navigate to the Notifications or click here.
- Toggle the notifications on or off as needed.
Is there a way to grant a Rubii user permission to edit Reports and Dashboards only?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to grant access to only the "Report" section of Rubii at this time. However, we do have this feature in our roadmap for future development.
Is there a way to keep users logged in to Rubii for longer periods?
Rubii’s login token is designed to last for 8 hours of idle activity. If users experience multiple logouts throughout the day, it’s likely due to inactivity or browser/session management. To maintain login persistence, ensure regular interaction with the web app to reset the idle timer.
What happens if a user leaves, gains access to new accounts, and their data appears in Rubii? How can we prevent and resolve this?
If a user connected to Facebook through Rubii leaves and gains access to new accounts, those accounts may populate in Rubii if their connection remains active. The Dev team is currently working on ensuring that when a user is removed from Rubii, all associated data source connections are also deleted to prevent this issue. To prevent this from happening, timely offboarding is essential. When a user is deleted from Rubii, all their data source connections should be removed at the same time. If this issue occurs, please contact our support team for assistance in removing the unwanted data.
