This article provides an overview of the Alerts and Notifications available in Rubii.io, with steps on how to manage and address them.

 

Alerts

Alerts in Rubii.io are designed to notify you about important issues that may require immediate attention. These alerts are categorized as either Unresolved or All, so you can track issues effectively.

  • Unresolved Alerts
    • This section includes all active alerts that have not been marked as resolved.
    • It’s recommended to review and address these alerts promptly to ensure your account and integrations are working correctly.
  • All Alerts
    • This section contains all alerts, including those that are resolved and unresolved.
    • Alerts may include:
      • Data Connection Issues: Notifications for data sync problems that may affect your dashboard metrics and integrations.
      • For each alert, you have two options:
        • Mark as Resolved: Use this option if the alert has been addressed and no further action is required.
        • Fix: Select this option to be guided through steps to resolve the issue or re-establish data connections.

Notifications

Notifications in Rubii.io provide updates and general information about your account. Notifications are organized into Unread and All to help you stay on top of recent activity.

  • Unread Notifications

    • Displays all new notifications that have not yet been read.
    • It’s recommended to review unread notifications regularly to stay informed.

  • All Notifications

    • Lists all notifications, both read and unread.
    • This section is helpful for tracking past updates and information that may be relevant for your account.

Managing Alerts and Notifications

  • Check Unresolved Alerts regularly for potential issues and ensure that data connections are stable.
  • Review Unread Notifications to stay updated on important changes or information.
  • Use the All sections for both Alerts and Notifications as a record to track historical alerts and notifications for your account.
