Rubii allows administrators to manage users efficiently by adding, editing, and deleting user accounts.
Adding a New User
Admins can add new users to the platform by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Users section under Settings.
- Click on Add User.
- Fill in the required details, including Name, Email, and Role.

Roles in Rubii:
- Admin: Admins have the highest level of access. They can assign admin rights to other users and create roles at the client level.

Standard: Standard users have full access to the account, but they do not have administrative privileges.

Margin Visibility: When this role is selected, a toggle for "Can see margin for fixed-rate placement" will appear.

Unticking this toggle can be used for the Client Service role, making it equivalent to a Standard User but without margin visibility.

Advertiser Access Control (New): Admin users can now use the "Grant Access to Selected Advertisers" feature for Standard users.

This was previously only available for External users.

Once enabled, Admins can assign advertisers that a Standard user is allowed to access.

Tracker, Custom Report, and Dashboard will display data only for the advertisers assigned to that user.

External: External users have restricted access, typically limited to advertiser-level permissions.

The "Include Service Fees in Cost-Related Metrics" toggle determines whether service fees are factored into cost-related calculations within Rubii.

When enabled: Cost-related metrics will include service fees.

When disabled: Cost-related metrics will exclude service fees.

Roles in Rubii:
- Click Save to create the new user.
Editing a User
To modify user details:
- Navigate to the Users section under Settings.
- Select the user you want to edit.
- Update the necessary details such as role, permissions, or email.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Deleting a User
To remove a user from the system:
- Navigate to the Users section under Settings.
- Locate the user you want to delete.
- Click Delete, then confirm the action.
Note: When a user is deleted from Rubii, all associated data source connections should also be removed at the same time.
