- Order: Create and set up new orders, connect data to orders, and view campaign performance.
- Track: Monitor campaign delivery and pacing. Tracker shows data up until yesterday, but today’s data may be available by clicking on placements.
- Report: View reports of delivered campaigns and generate raw data exports.
- Reconcile: Conduct monthly reconciliation of delivered accounts.
- Agency: List of agencies representing advertisers (Rubii acts as an agency for brand-direct clients).
- Advertiser: List of advertisers pulled in from DSPs.
Tracker
- Campaign: Displays a list of campaigns and associated placements within Rubii, showing advertiser, agency, order number, and strategy.
- Status & Alert: Status shows the current state of the campaign or placement. Alerts highlight any issues.
- Status Indicators:
- Upcoming (Empty green play symbol)
- Live (Filled green play symbol)
- Stopped (Grey square symbol)
- Paused (Grey pause symbol)
- Last 14 days Pacing:
- Displayed as a bar graph with the most recent day on the right-hand side. A green bar indicates that delivery was within the threshold set, while a red bar signifies that delivery has exceeded the threshold set by the account administrator.
- Last 14 days pacing is always based on client spend rather than media spend.
- Yesterday's Delivery: Means what was delivered yesterday for all line items that are mapped to the placement. This displays the Media Spend.
- Overall Pacing:
- Tracks percentage of delivery and time completed.
- Campaign pacing graph that shows:
- % Delivery (= Client spend) completed
- % Time completed
- Days Remaining / Flight Dates: Sorting options for upcoming, delayed, live, and finished placements.
- Delivered Rate: Rate paid in platforms.
- Booked Rate: Fixed rate charged to the client (CPM, CPC, etc.).
- Booked: Based on booked rate and budget.
- Impressions: Total served impressions.
- CTR: Click-through rate (Clicks ÷ Impressions).
- Viewability: Viewable impressions ÷ Measurable impressions.
- Completion Rate: Completed Views ÷ Impressions.
- CPA: Cost per acquisition.
- Conversions: Leads, actions, acquisitions.
Reports
- Progress Report: Exports all placement data for the selected campaign.
- Reach: Unique users the ad has reached.
- Frequency: Number of times an ad has reached a unique user.
