Rubii currently supports organic reporting for:
- TikTok
- YouTube
These integrations allow you to monitor key organic metrics and visualise performance within your Rubii dashboards.
What is Organic Social Reporting?
Organic Social Reporting focuses on non-paid performance metrics, giving you a clear picture of how your social media content performs naturally.
Common metrics available across platforms include:
- Audience Growth – Track followers, subscribers, or page likes over time.
- Reach and Impressions – Measure how many people are seeing your content organically.
- Engagement – Monitor likes, comments, shares, and other interactions.
- Content Performance – Analyse how individual posts or videos perform.
These insights help teams evaluate content strategies and identify what resonates most with their audience.

Mapping Options by Platform
| Platform | Mapping Options |
|---|---|
| Page Level, Post Level | |
| Page Level, Post Level | |
| TikTok | User Level, Post Level |
| YouTube | Channel Level, Video Level |
Mapping determines which entities Rubii tracks, but it does not restrict the metrics you can visualise in reports.
Understanding Mapping Levels
Page / Channel / User Level Mapping
Mapping at the account level (Page, Channel, or User) allows Rubii to track overall performance and automatically include content associated with that account.
Characteristics:
- Account Metrics – Displays metrics for the mapped page, channel, or user.
- Content Metrics – Shows performance for all posts or videos associated with that account.
- Dynamic Updates – Newly published content will automatically appear in reporting as Rubii updates data through daily cron jobs.
This option is ideal when you want continuous reporting on all content from a social account.
Post / Video Level Mapping
Mapping at the content level allows you to track performance for specific posts or videos.
Characteristics:
- Account Metrics – Includes metrics for the accounts associated with the mapped posts or videos.
- Content Metrics – Displays metrics only for the specific posts or videos mapped.
- Static Content Scope – New posts or videos will not automatically appear unless they are mapped.
This option is useful when you want to analyse a curated set of posts or campaign-specific content.
Organic Creative Widget
Rubii dashboards now include the Organic Creative widget, which allows you to visualise the actual organic content alongside performance metrics.
The widget enables you to:
- Display social posts or videos directly in dashboards
- Review creative assets together with engagement metrics
- Easily identify top-performing organic content
This provides a more visual way to analyse organic performance across platforms.
