What is the Rubii Looker Community Connector?
The Rubii Looker Community Connector allows you to directly link your pre-built custom reports from the Rubii platform into Google Looker Studio. This eliminates the need for manual data exports and imports, providing a streamlined way to analyze and visualize your performance metrics alongside other data sources in Looker Studio.
Steps to Connect Rubii to Google Looker Studio
Follow these instructions to set up your connection:

Access Rubii Data Sources:
Open a new tab in your browser and navigate to the Rubii Data Sources section:

Locate and Copy Your Token:
On the Data Sources page, scroll down or look for the "Verification & Reporting" section.
Find "Looker Studio" in the list and click on its Name. A panel will appear. Carefully copy the token displayed here. You will need this for authentication in Looker Studio. -
Create a New Report in Google Looker Studio:
Go to Google Looker Studio (lookerstudio.google.com).
Click on "+ Create" in the left navigation, then select "Report". -
Connect to Rubii Data:
In the "Add data to report" pop-up that appears, go to the "Connect to Data" tab.
In the search bar, type "Rubii" and select the "Rubii Custom Reports" connector from the results. -
Enter Your Credentials:
You will be prompted to enter your credentials.- For Username/Email, enter the email address you use to log into your Rubii account.
- For Token, paste the token you copied from Rubii in Step 2.
Click "Next" or "Authenticate" (button text may vary).

Select Your Rubii Report:
Once authenticated, a dropdown menu should appear, listing all your available custom reports from Rubii.
Select the report you wish to use as your data source for this Looker Studio report.
Click "Add". -
Start Visualizing!
After adding, you should now see the available fields (dimensions and metrics) from your selected Rubii custom report in the Looker Studio data panel. You can now drag and drop these fields onto your canvas to create charts, tables, and other visualizations, bringing your Rubii data to life!
