- Tenant:
- Login to Microsoft Entra.
- Find App Registrations.
- Click New Registration. Leave other fields as default (Single Tenant Only). Click Register.
- Open the registered app details. Open Certificates and Secrets.
- Click New Client Secret. Set Expiry as desired.

- Go back to Rubii. Once you have all the details above, click "I am ready" and start the connection.
- The Support team will ask for the Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret and will configure these credentials within the Tenant’s Rubii account.
- Provide the generated Callback URL to the tenant, as well as the final Rubii login link.
III. Tenant: Completing Entra Configuration and User Management
- Tenant:
- Add Callback URL to Entra: Using the link provided by Support, go to the App Registration in Entra and add the Callback URL as a Redirect URI under Authentication.
- Tenant: Managing Users:
- Go to Enterprise Apps. Find your Rubii application and click Properties.
- Set Assignment Required to Yes.
- Recommendation: Create a new role in Entra and assign it to the APP.
- Go to User and Groups and Add the users who should have access.
IV. Providing the Rubii Login Link
- Support: Once the tenant setup is complete, provide the Rubii login link to the tenant so users can access Rubii via Entra SSO.
