Understanding Your Dashboard: Filters, Actions, and Settings

Welcome to the comprehensive guide for navigating and customizing your dashboard experience. This document merges information on available filters, actionable tools, and personalized settings, ensuring you can efficiently extract relevant insights and manage your reports.

 

Dashboard Filters: Refining Your Data

This section walks you through the various filters available to refine your dashboard data, ensuring you get the most relevant and actionable insights.

Filter Description
Advertiser Select an advertiser to filter the dashboard data. Once a value is selected, a counter will display the number of records associated with that advertiser.
Campaign Select a campaign to filter the dashboard data. Once a value is selected, a counter will display the number of records associated with that campaign.
Placement Select a placement to filter the dashboard data. Once a value is selected, a counter will display the number of records associated with that placement.
Date Range

Choose a date range to filter the dashboard data. The available date ranges include:

  • Custom: Select a custom date range by specifying start and end dates.
  • Today: Filter data for the current day.
  • Yesterday: Filter data for the previous day.
  • Week to Date (Sun-Sat): Filter data from the start of the current week (Sunday to Saturday).
  • Week to Date (Mon-Sun): Filter data from the start of the current week (Monday to Sunday).
  • Month to Date: Filter data from the start of the current month.
  • Quarter to Date: Filter data from the start of the current quarter.
  • Previous Week (Sun-Sat): Filter data for the previous week (Sunday to Saturday).
  • Previous Week (Mon-Sun): Filter data for the previous week (Monday to Sunday).
  • Previous Month: Filter data for the previous month.
  • Previous Quarter: Filter data for the previous quarter.
  • Last 7 Days: Filter data for the last 7 days.
  • Last 14 Days: Filter data for the last 14 days.
  • Last 30 Days: Filter data for the last 30 days.
  • Last 60 Days: Filter data for the last 60 days.
  • Last 90 Days: Filter data for the last 90 days.
  • Year to Date: Filter data from the start of the current year.
  • Previous Year: Filter data for the previous year.
  • Life Time: Filter data for the entire lifetime of the campaign or advertiser.

 

Dashboard Actions: Managing Your Reports

This section will walk you through the various actions available on the Rubii platform dashboard, allowing you to manage and interact with your reports effectively.

Action Description
Preview

Preview your report before finalizing it. This allows you to check the layout, content, and formatting to ensure everything is as expected.
Download

Download your report in two formats:

  • PDF: Download the report as a PDF file, suitable for printing and sharing as a document.
  • PPTX: Download the report as a PowerPoint file, allowing you to edit and present the content in a slideshow format.
Clone

Create a duplicate of your current report. This is useful if you want to make a copy of the report for further editing or to use as a template for future reports.
Share

Share your report with others. You have the following options:

  • Share by Link: Generate a link to the report. Anyone who has the link can access the report. You also have the option to protect the dashboard with a password.
  • Share by Email: Input the email address of the recipient(s) to whom you want to send the report. You can also add an email subject for the notification.
Delete

Delete the report from your dashboard. This action is irreversible, so ensure you no longer need the report before deleting it.

 

Dashboard Settings: Customizing Your Reports

This section will walk you through the various settings available to customize your dashboard reports, ensuring they meet your specific needs and preferences.

Setting Description
Include Service Fee in Cost Related Metrics

This setting allows you to include or exclude service fees in cost-related metrics within your reports.

  • Include service fee in cost related metrics: Check this box if you want to include service fees in cost-related metrics.
Report Size

Choose the size format for your dashboard reports.

  • A4: Select this option if you prefer a standard A4 paper size for your reports.
  • Powerpoint 16x9: Select this option if you intend to use the report in presentations, as it aligns with the common 16:9 aspect ratio used in PowerPoint.
Font Style

Customize the font style used in your reports.

  • Built-in Font Styles: Choose from a variety of pre-installed font styles available in the Rubii platform.
  • Upload Own Font Style: If you have a specific font style in mind, you can upload your own font file to be used in the dashboard.
Primary and Secondary Colors

Personalize the color scheme of your dashboard with up to 12 colors.

  • Primary Color: Select the primary color for your report.
  • Secondary Color: Choose a secondary color to complement the primary color.
Color Selection

When selecting colors, you have two options:

  • Basic Colors: Click on a color to choose from a predefined set of basic colors.
  • Other: Click on "Other" to manually input an RGB value for a more precise color selection.
