The Preview Panel in the Rubii dashboard provides an intuitive way to navigate, organize, and manage your slides. Here’s a detailed guide to its features and functionality: 

 

Feature Description
Slide Thumbnails Displays thumbnails for each page in the dashboard, updating in real-time when new pages are added or removed.
Hover Tooltips Shows page number and page heading for easy identification.
Scroll to View Scroll through thumbnails when the list exceeds the available space.
Click to Navigate Clicking a thumbnail opens the corresponding slide in the dashboard.
Drag and Drop Reorder slides by dragging and dropping thumbnails.
Multi-Selection Use the CTRL key to select or deselect multiple slides for bulk actions like moving or deleting.
Adding Slides
  • To add a slide in between, select the slide above the desired position. The new slide will be added below it.
  • If no slide is selected, the new slide will be added at the bottom.
Deleting Slides

Delete slides with a confirmation prompt to prevent accidental deletions.
Auto Numbering Slide numbers update automatically based on actions like reordering, adding, or deleting.
Copy and Paste
  • Paste copied slides below the selected slide.
  • For multiple slides, paste below the last selected slide.
Duplicate Slides Use the context menu to duplicate a slide, which appears directly below the original.
Undo Actions Undo feature protects against mistakes, including bulk actions.
Context Menu Options
  • Move to Top: Available for all slides except the first one.
  • Move to Bottom: Available for all slides except the last one.
  • Delete Slide: Deletes the selected slide with confirmation.
Preview Panel Visibility Toggle the preview panel visibility as needed.
Settings Panel
  • The settings panel is visible by default but can be collapsed to create more space.
  • Both the preview and settings panels can be displayed simultaneously, with the dashboard area adjusted accordingly.
